The fully online BAS in Organizational Leadership and Regional Commerce equips students with executive-level leadership skills and a strong foundational knowledge of effective business practices. Students chose a focus area -- either Organizational Leadership or Regional Commerce -- then complete a two-year program covering topics such as the role of leadership in successful organizations, small business management, organizational behavior, and the role of small business in the local, national and U.S. economies.
